We are pleased to announce that Managing Partner Spyros-Nikitas Tsamichas has been selected as a Fellow of the Future Leaders Fellowship 2026/2027, organised by the Euro-Atlantic Resilience Centre (E-ARC) and launched under the Euro-Atlantic Resilience Forum (EARF).

About the programme

The 2026/2027 cohort is built around a single question: in an era of rapid technological change and automated decision making, how do we protect core democratic values and build strategic resilience? The programme’s answer, and its central theme, is Human-Centric Leadership in the Age of AI.

Over the course of the fellowship, Fellows will examine how leadership, strategic communications and human agency must evolve alongside artificial intelligence, through:

• Interactive scenarios on technology and human agency
• Policy rooms simulating real decision making environments
• Applied tabletop exercises on resilience and crisis response

The cohort brings together fourteen emerging leaders from across Europe and is guided and coordinated on behalf of E-ARC by Carla Popescu. The programme is made possible with the generous support of Rohde & Schwarz.
